Single screw extruder: By rotating the screw, plastic raw materials are pushed into the heating cylinder, and through processes such as heating, melting, mixing, and extrusion molding, PE pipes are finally produced.

Mold: Distribute the molten material extruded by the extruder evenly across the entire die section to ensure uniform cross-sectional dimensions and wall thickness of the pipe, thereby improving the quality of the pipe.

Vacuum tank: Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy. Its shape is advanced foreign multilateral anti-deformation structure. Its inside is double-chamber structure. The pipeline adopts the design of double loop pipeline, realizing non-stop pipeline clean and function of temperature control.

Cooling tank: The main function is cooling, ensuring that the PE pipe can be smoothly extruded and maintain a stable temperature during the production process. The water tank provides cooling water to the production line through a circulating water system, helping to reduce the temperature of the pipes and prevent quality problems caused by excessive temperature.

Haul off machine: Haul off machine with V type rubber block caterpillar and controlled by imported inverter can steadily haul pipe. It also features compact structure and free-maintenance. Adopt special automobile drive shaft to transmit power, stable and reliable. Length measuring device equipped with a rotary encoder, can ensure precise cutting, customer can set the cutting length.

Winder: It can achieve automatic winding and collection of plastic pipes, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing labor costs. Use torque motor, winding speed is adjusted automatically based on tension. Automatic winding displacement uniformity.
