Agglomerate Type Pelletizing Line

Conveyor belt: Used to transport the collected PE film waste from one treatment point to the next. It can ensure the smooth flow of materials in the production process and improve work efficiency.

Agglomerate machine: Through high-speed rotation and blade to crush PE PP plastic film. At the same time, the friction generated during the high-speed selection process can make the film condensed together to form a semi-plasticized particle, which is convenient for later processing.

Extruder: As the core machine of the production line, the semi-plasticized plastic film can be formed into a molten state for later cutting and granulation.

Water ring pelletizing machine: Cut the molten material extruded by the extruder into particles of a certain length. The water ring pelletizer usually works in an environment filled with cooling water, which not only helps cool the newly cut thermoplastic particles, but also prevents the particles from sticking.

Dewater machine: Removes moisture from the surface of the particles to ensure the dryness of the final product, which is essential to ensure the quality of the recycled particles.

Silo: Serves as a storage facility for the final production of recycled pellets. Our silo design needs to consider the particle moisture, dust and other factors, to maintain the quality of the particle stability, convenient for subsequent packaging and transportation.
