Die surface heat mold: PVC particles can be made from molten PVC raw materials by extruder heating, mixing, cutting. The mold is made of 40Cr material with good wear resistance and hardness.

Vibrating screen: We are made of 304 stainless steel material, while designing a 3-layer structural screen, the bottom layer can screen out small particles, the top layer can screen out large particles, the middle layer is our target product. Ensure the production quality of the product.

Blower: Transfer the produced particles.

Silo: Our silo design serves as a storage facility for the final recycled pellets, considering particle moisture, dust, and other factors to maintain quality stability, ensuring convenience for packaging and transportation.
