Extruder: Extruders process raw materials by heating and plasticizing them. The material is evenly mixed through the screw to obtain the molten plastic material for the next step of processing.

Screen changer: The role of the screen changing machine is to automatically replace the filter screen, remove impurities in the material and the large material that is not completely melted to ensure the quality of the final product.

Second extruder: A second extruder is used to further process the material in the first stage. The molten material is processed again, mixed and heated to obtain the raw material more suitable for granulation.

Water ring cutting machine: After the material passes through the second extruder, it will enter the water ring cutting machine. In this device, materials are cut to a set size and cooled in water. At the same time, the action of water can reduce the adhesion between particles and obtain more uniform particles.

Dewater machien: The particles cut through the water ring contain a certain amount of water, so this excess water needs to be removed by a dehydrator. Ensure the material dry and pure plastic particles.

Silo: Finally, the dried particles will fall into the silo for temporary storage. Silos should be designed to take into account the need for storage capacity, moisture resistance and ease of subsequent packaging or transportation.
