Agglomerator: The agglomeration machine is a specialized device designed for the recovery and granulation of PE film raw materials.   PE films are fed into the machine via a conveyor belt.    Powered by electricity, this machine features an internal shaft that rotates blades while they interact with the inner wall of the machine through friction.    This process not only cuts the material into smaller pieces but also, due to the high temperatures generated by rapid rotation and friction, causes these plastic fragments to partially melt and adhere to one another, ultimately forming semi-plasticized pellets.

These semi-plasticized pellets retain a certain degree of their original form while exhibiting enhanced flow ability and processing characteristics, significantly facilitating subsequent processing operations and effectively reducing production costs.

What is the lead time?
For customized machine, it takes about 45-60 days after deposit. For stock machine, fast shipment. ( The actual production cycle will vary according to the degree of customization.)
