Feeding hopper: The feeding hopper is the entrance part of the PVC mill, which is used to send the PVC material to be treated into the machine.

Wire mesh: The steel wire screen is located behind the grinding chamber and is used to screen PVC particles after initial crushing. The granularity of the final product can be controlled through screens of different aperture sizes. Small qualified particles fall through the screen, while larger particles are blocked and returned to the grinding chamber to continue grinding until they are small enough to pass through the screen.

The moving knife is mounted on a high-speed rotating shaft, while the fixed knife is stationary. This structure provides an efficient crushing effect and is easy to maintain and replace worn parts.

Pulse dust unit: Pulse dust collection unit is an important environmental protection equipment used to collect dust produced in the grinding process. Its working principle is to use compressed air to regularly clean the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag and maintain good ventilation performance. This helps to improve the workshop environment and reduce air pollution while ensuring the proper operation of the equipment.

Sharpening knives made of SKD-11 materials have excellent wear and corrosion resistance, which can maintain sharp under long working conditions and extend service life.
