The first extruder produce rectangular pipe into winding forming machine, the second extruder produce plastic bar, then the plastic bar is pressed on the rectangular pipe and winding pipe comes out. Outside and inside of winding pipe is smooth and neat. It adopts spiral die head and two extruder charging, realizing spiral rotational forming.
The advanced PLC computer control system makes it easy to operate. It's stable and reliable.
With different design of profile tube it can produce pipes of different ring stiffness that adapt to different conditions and fields.
High efficiency single screw extruder (using granule material) and energy-saving twin-screw extruder (using powder or granule material for choice.
Changing some parts can also produce metal-square-profile reinforced spiral pipe. A complete range of specification, pipe range: ID200mm-ID3200mm.

The Characteristics Of The Hollow Wall Winding Pipe Production Line

Extruder: Heating, melting and extruding the HDPE pellets through molds, the extruder adopts advanced screw design and heating control system to ensure uniform melting of raw materials and constant extrusion temperature.

Mold: Spiral die head can ensure even melt temperature, throughly eliminate confluence seam and improve quality of pipe.

Vacuum tank: Vacuum tank is used to shape and cool pipe, so as to reach standard pipe size. Its shape is advanced foreign multilateral anti-deformation structure. The cover is made of high quality casting aluminum alloy. Its inside is double-chamber structure. The pipeline adopts the design of double loop pipeline, realizing non-stop pipeline clean and function of temperature control.

Cooling flume: Reduce the temperature of the extruded hollow wall wrapped tube to maintain a stable shape.

Co-extruder: Used for extruding PE sheets to connect profile.

Forming machine: The forming machine ensures a tighter bonding connection between the pipe blank and the winding tape, effectively improving the adhesion between HDPE hollow wall winding pipes and square tubes.

Cutting machine: Cut the extruded hollow wall winding pipe into the required length, and use an automated control system to accurately cut the pipe.

tacker: Stack the cut pipes for easy storage and transportation.
