The Characteristics Of The Pet Pp Packing Strap Production Line

Extruder: One of the core machine of the production line, the PET particles are melted into a melt by heating and pressurizing, and then extruded through a mold of a specific shape to form a preliminary strip.

Mold: According to the size and shape of the required packaging tape design, the molten PET material through the mold to form a specific shape.

Water Trough Cooling System: Used to quickly cool PET strips that have just been extruded from the mold to set and harden them.

Traction Machine: Pull the cooled PET belt to the next step to maintain the continuous operation of the production line.

Stretching Oven and Oven Machine: The tensile process further enhances the strength and elasticity of the packing tape. PET strips are further treated by heating to enhance their physical properties, such as increasing strength and reducing elongation.

Winding Machine: the finished packaging tape is wound into a roll, which is convenient for subsequent packaging and transportation.
