Mixer: The mixer can mix various plastic raw materials such as PVC resin, additives, stabilizers, etc. evenly, ensuring that the physical and chemical properties of the raw materials are consistent, thereby improving production efficiency and product quality.

Extruder: By heating, plasticizing, and extruding PVC plastic, various PVC products are produced. It also has the characteristics of uniform plasticization mixing, high yield, stable quality, and wide adaptability.

Mould: The main function is to produce various PVC products, such as window frames, door frames, window profiles, etc. By extrusion molding and other methods, ensure that the size, shape, and surface quality of the product meet the predetermined standards.

Water calibrating table:

Including workbench and traction device set on the workbench, shaping mold, vacuum shaping section, water cooling section. During the cooling process, PVC UPVC window and door frame will gradually harden and solidify, while maintaining their desired shape and size.

Haul off machine: Continuously and automatically guide the cooled and hardened PVC UPVC window and door frame out, with variable frequency speed regulation.

Cutter: Mechanical cutting is used to adjust parameters such as tool position and cutting speed through a control system. After starting the cutting machine, the tool will perform cutting actions according to the pre-set path, achieving efficient and precise cutting.

Stacker: Support the PVC profile products that need to be placed during the production process.
