The Characteristics Of The Pvc Wpc Door Board Production Line

Extruder: The extruder in the production line uses a conical twin-screw design to optimize the mixing of PVC and WPC materials to ensure high quality and consistency of the door profiles.

Mold: The mold is precision machined by CNC cutter, 40Cr alloy steel material provides high precision, hardness and corrosion resistance, prolonging service life and reducing maintenance costs.

Vacuum calibrator: The use of vacuum adsorption and water cooling technology to quickly set cooling extrusion products, to achieve efficient and high-speed production, maintain high quality standards.

Traction machine: modular design for easy maintenance and replacement, rubber contact surface to enhance friction, stable pull the product, prevent sliding, improve production stability.

Cutting machine: Integrated design with traction machine, synchronous operation simplifies layout, ensuring seamless connection from traction to cutting, improving production efficiency and product quality.

Sure. We located in Zhangjiagang city which is very near Shanghai. For overseas customers, you can fly to Shanghai Pudong International Airport. We can pick you up in the Airport. (or Hongqiao International Airport. ) We also provide visit online by video.

Q: What is the lead time?

For customized machine, it takes about 45-60 days after deposit. For stock machine, fast shipment. ( The actual production cycle will vary according to the degree of customization.)
